1/2 cup sugar
1 teapoon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon white chocolate syrup

Preheat oven to 160°. Line mini muffin pans with mini cupcake liners. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Put the vinegar into the soymilk and let it thicken for 10 minutes.
Vermischt Mehl, Zucker, Natron und Salz in einer Schüssel. Gebt den Essig in die Soyamilch und lasst es 10 Minuten eindicken.
In the bowl of a mixer mix vinegar-soymilk, oil, white chocolate syrup and vanilla.
Carefully add the flour mixture. And beat on medium speed until incorporated. Don´t overbeat it!
Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 160°C.
