Vorbereitung

  • For the dressing mix in a bowl the vinegar with soy sauce, water and sugar.
  • Bring in a pot the water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Cook the frozen edamame for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Then drain into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Then press the edamame out of their shell in the bowl with the dressing.
  • In the meantime slice the red pepper, cheese and sausage into small cubes or strips. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Add to the edamame.
  • Mix all ingredients together and let steep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
