Vorbereitung

  • This chocolate cake with baked crusts is prepared in the following manner:
    Whisk the butter and200 g caster sugar.
  • Add 12 egg yolks andcontinue to mix.
  • Add 600 g chocolatemelted on steam then 200 g ground biscuits and all mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk 12 egg whites and 100 gof powdered sugar.
  • Connect the two masses and well mix untilobtained a homogeneous mixture.
  • The obtained custard divided into two parts.
  • In the first part add 200 g groundwalnuts.
  • From the second part especially bake 3 crust.
  • Bake crust in the pan number 32 on wax paper for 7 minutes at 180 ⁰ C.
  • In particular, whisk the cream.
  • Fill: I bark thancustard and cream, second crust than custard and creamand III crust andcustard and cream.
  • Spread entire cakewith fresh cream and decorate as desired.
