1 teapoon vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoons sal
1/2 cup fruit jelly

Zubereitung

Preheat oven to 180°. Line muffin pans with cupcake liners. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
In the bowl of a mixer whisk together oil, water, peanut butter, vanilla and vinegar.
Carefully add the flour mixture. And beat on medium speed until incorporated. Don´t overbeat it!
Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
